[發問] Why Excel 2013 Developer-Insert 無法加入DropdownList box, combo

Tried to add a Dropdown box using Developer-Insert,
    but when I clicked the Active-X Control kit to add a combo box,
      I will get a popup " Cannot Insert Objects"
         I can use Form Control to add a dropdown, but that is not what I need,
            looking forward to having some experts' advise to fix this, thank you very much !!

Hi, I think I found the reason thru google.. it is a MS security issue
... so I am going upgrading to Excel 2016, and see if still such issue, thanks!
