請問要下載甚麼軟件 及 方法?

find and replace all <span class="bold">*</span> with <h2 >*</h2 >
while keeping the sub tag, <span class="under">*</span> unchanged.
  1.     <span class="bold">
  2.     <span class="under">
  3.     *contents are different
  4.     </span>
  5.     </span>
