錯誤的觀念不要再傳下去了

"Microsoft does not recommend changing this setting. When this key's value
is set to 0, the system attempts to retrieve the level-2 processor (L2)
cache size from the HAL for the platform."

從NT4.0開始都已經內訂為零，以便從HAL抓到正確的資料。

我最早看到這種詭異觀念是WindowsNT4.0的時代，到現在還有人在以訛傳訛...
