由於機緣巧合，在Windows XP sp3上陸續安裝python 2.7.6 及 MySQL 5.6，老實說python我不懂，MySQL更不懂，反正就是硬上就對了。

參考MySQL網頁的線上手冊，有關安裝 Connector/Python on on Microsoft Windows有Binary Distribution及Source Distribution兩種選項，一般人不例外的都會先選擇Pre-Compiled Binary Distribution來安裝，也就是Windows MSI Installer (.msi file)，網頁文件說要在系統的環境變數Path內容要增加python.exe，否則 MSI Installer安裝將會找不到python而安裝失敗，但是就算設定了path，MSI Installer依然顯示找不到python而無法安裝Connector/Python，當你看到這篇文章時千萬不要不信邪，奉勸您別試了，改換另一種Source Distribution安裝選項就對了。

要安裝 Connector/Python Source Distribution，先在 http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/python/下載 Connector/Python 的Zip壓縮檔，下載後解壓縮，然後進入解壓縮目錄，直接在命令提示字元環境下執行 python setup.py install指令，就安裝完成了，後續就是寫python的程視驗證MySQL Connector/Python是否連線正常。

請千萬記得，不要下載Connector/Python MSI Installer，要下載Connector/Python Source Zip壓縮檔。

如果安裝錯了話呢?怎麼排除問題的?
